Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders require additional time to prepare and are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times are based on NZ Post's shipping zones. Below are estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using NZ Post’s world zones. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Zone 2 (South Pacific) Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, and other Pacific nations 6–10 business days
Zone 3 (Asia) China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, India, and other Asian countries 6–10 business days
Zone 4 (North America, UK, and Europe) USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and other European countries 6–12 business days
Zone 5 (Rest of the World) Africa, South America, and other countries not listed above 10–15 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by NZ Post and may vary depending on customs and other external factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the NZ Post tracking portal here.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for international orders.
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain products. If there are any issues with your shipping destination, we will notify you.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact NZ Post or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
